Al Pitcher and Ken Hofmeister caught 20+ under dock lights using light brown bait fish patterns. Al got an inshore grand slam (trout, snook, and redfish). Ladyfish and pinfish were also caught.

Had a long weekend at Palm Island with Michael December and my dad. Michael D landed the big red as it was tailing in the grass beds. We also caught beach snook, 20" jacks,trout and reds. Saturday fished Bull Bay at dusk for tailing reds, what a site as the sunset!

Fished Boca Grand dock lights with Ron Whiteley. Freeze didn't get all the snook down there! Trick was to bounce a fly across the surface imitating a frightened minnow. Heavy rain and high wind followed the dawn.

Outgoing tide. Al Pitcher's Estaz Chartreuse Death #2 was a hit with trout on this field test. Snook passed on the chartreuse fly and took the Red Eyed Gurgler instead.

Hiwassee River was 55 degrees and running fast and clear. Trout were hitting dry flies with Isonychias being their preference.

Al Pitcher and Ken Hofmeister fished N.E. St. Pete Docks and caught trout, redfish, ladyfish, catfish, and lost a nice snook. Windy conditions prevailed--outgoing tide and full moon.

Launched at Morris Bridge and fished up and downstream from 9-1. Great day on the water for lots of stumpknockers, bass, and bluegill. May SFF Hillsborough River outing from Morris Bridge to Trout Creek should be just right for fun and lots of fish.
